want some money!!!

by rishansid @ 2006-09-28 - 01:37:15 pm

This is in continuation of my imaginary question series......Imagine that you are walking on the road and you suddenly find a 100$ note fallen on the road. What among the below would you do?

(a) You would pick the 500$ note and spend it on yourself.
(b) You would pick the 500$ note and give it to your friend who is very well off financially.
(c) You would leave the 500$ note as and where it is thinking that someone else is going to pick it up.

AND WHY?

If I had no way of working out who it belonged to I would give a proportion of it to charity (probably half) - was it $100 or $500 BTW!

If I couldn't give it to charity I suppose so, A. B looks less acceptable (pointless? - I guess the wealthy person would be with you at the time) and C not much point in that! I have found lost owners of wallets and other items (when possible) - most are very grateful and have offered reward (which I was only too happy to accept when I was a child) - I even had a date with a girl after returning her purse which had been stolen from her car!!

I might hang around for a while and see if anyone appeared frantically searching the ground for something they lost and ask what they've lost and if it was the money give it back to them. If no body came looking for it I would hand it in at a police station maybe because if nobody claims it, after a month you can come and claim it yourself! - Well that used to be the case and I've done that before. If its changed then I'd keep it but buy things for my friends with it.

I'm afraid that anybody with a conscience would find any of your choices unacceptable.

thats why these are all personality assessment questions, these are from my hassans test,in each question u would have 3 options and each option would be one worse than the other......i prepared such questions(17 of them)thinking this would be a great way of analyzing personalities........

Leave money. Where are you my friend Rishan. If I found money I will rush to Indian silicon valley city and give it you personally. Ok. Now come back. I miss you.

I'd take it to the police station and hand it in, leaving my address - then I'd be there at the end of the month, hoping it hadn't been collected, or else it had, and someone had left a nice tip for my honesty! Then I'd spend it on me and mine.
